June in the south of Tenerife averages 25.4 °C by day and 18.8 °C at night, with the sea at 21.5 °C. It has almost no rain, 259 hours of sunshine and 14.0 hours of daylight a day. That makes it the third sunniest month of the twelve, the sixth warmest at sea and the fifth warmest on land.
Against its neighbours, the sea is 1.1 °C warmer than in May and 0.7 °C warmer in July; the days are 0.4 hours longer than in May. The figures are long-term averages (AEMET normals and a ten-year sea-temperature average), so any single week can differ.
