We are not an operator or a travel agency. We do not run boats, take bookings or handle payments; every booking is made on GetYourGuide, which also handles changes and refunds.

Every number on the site comes from the partner listings or from public sources we name next to it — AEMET for the weather, the Canary Islands government for the whale-watching rules.
